a word i do really HATE~

can you guess it?
a word that i hate to hear it~

5letters ,start with" S " and end up with " Y " the answer is SORRY
y do i so hate to see this word, it gave me a lots of bad memories and unforgetable incident happened count as unacceptable incident that such as you know the situation is need to use this word but you didnt realise this word stand for ? so it will get on my nerve.

why just you said sorry? why dont you try and make it better? i really cant understand!!
sorry cant slove everything.. just a word when we did wrong and said (sorry!forgive me!)
is meaningless but it's usefull why? why i said is meaningless?
is because if after u said this word SORRY and u dont know what u done? why u need to said this word? and do you ever think off what is your fault?..

if i met problem i will apologise and i will think off what else i done and i make the situation worse.. i try to make it well..

don't just after said it and never looking back again~
if you dont realise then speak it how many times of SORRY is also equal to BLANK you didnt learn anything...

ans: some people just said sorry but they still remain the same..for they, they are give up and said sorry can't make it better.. iam asking: guilty? .... please don't hurt my feelings... please treat me good.. this is what i want...
